Juan Pablo Lisdero is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources across various global markets. Currently serving as Head of HR External Markets at BRF since January 2015, Juan Pablo oversees HR operations outside Brazil and has held multiple executive roles, including International Head of HR and Head of Change Management, focusing on organizational effectiveness in diverse regions such as Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe. Prior to BRF, Juan Pablo worked at Tenaris where responsibilities included organizational development, talent attraction, and compensation strategies for the Middle East and Africa.
