Tom Hagon

Tom Hagon is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement at BRG Technologies, BladeRoom Data Centres, and ModuleCo since July 2023. Prior to these roles, Tom held various positions at BorgWarner Inc. as a PL Quality Manager and at Delphi Technologies as a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Mechanical Product Development Engineer at Delphi Diesel Systems and a Manager's Assistant / Workshop Engineer at Tech-Del LTD Minilite Wheels. Tom's education includes a BSc Honours in Mechanical Design & Manufacture from the University of Plymouth and multiple qualifications in Automotive Engineering from Somerset College of Arts & Technology.
