Caleb Kraljev (MBA)

Caleb Kraljev (MBA) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Caleb worked as the VP of Human Resources at BRIA Health Services, where they collaborated with the management team to develop strategic HR plans and policies, managed HR executives, and ensured compliance with legal regulations. Prior to this, Caleb served as the Regional Human Resources Director at the same company, where they identified hiring needs, evaluated local HR teams' performance, and designed compensation and benefits packages. In their role at Integrity Healthcare Communities, Caleb worked as the Assistant Director of Career Development, supporting facilities with staffing needs and managing PRN Pool employees. Caleb also held the position of Payroll Coordinator, where they prepared and processed payroll and facilitated orientation for new staff. Caleb's earlier experience includes serving as the Head Junior Varsity and Middle School Baseball Coach at MASCOUTAH CUD 19 SCHOOL DISTRICT, where they communicated effectively with children, parents, and athletic directors, taught fundamental baseball skills, and fostered character development.
