Dawn Oakes

Dawn was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, where she attended The University of Memphis majoring in Early Childhood Education, and has worked with young children for over 20 years. She stays active in the early childhood community by teaching workshops and mentoring at low income schools in the Memphis area.
