Shayna Feldgus

Shayna Feldgus is a dedicated finance student at Penn State University with extensive leadership and mentoring experience. Currently serving as a Mentor for Smeal Student Mentors, Shayna supports first-year business students in their academic and social endeavors while also holding the position of Finance Director at Penn State Women In Business, where budget management and financial reporting are key responsibilities. Additional roles include participation in the Innovations Committee of Smeal Student Council and leadership on the First Impressions Team at Penn State Hillel. Shayna's experience as a Day Camp Counselor and a Juicerista at Clean Juice further highlights strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage teams effectively. With a focus on professional development, Shayna is also gaining valuable insights through a remote externship with HP Tech Ventures.
