Takeem Ragland

Takeem Ragland currently serves as the Director of Recruitment at KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools and is also a Network Partner-Franchisee at Brick Technology, a portable phone charging service. Previously, Ragland worked as a Recruiter for Special Projects at TransPerfect and as an International Teacher Recruiter at EF Education First, where responsibilities included reviewing applicant qualifications and managing an active recruitment pipeline. Ragland's experience in education includes roles as an English Second Language Teacher in China and an English Teacher through Teach For America. Ragland began a career in retail as a Sales Associate at EXPRESS and has also held internships focused on consumer sales and corporate communications at Independence Blue Cross. Ragland holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Ethics from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Delaware State University.
