Dean Fraser's education history begins in 1988 when they attended Haileybury, where they completed their VCE with an outstanding achievement in the 99th percentile. Following this, they enrolled at Monash University in 1994 and pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons.), which they successfully completed in 1999. Concurrently, from 1994 to 1996, Dean also pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.) at Monash University. Later, in 2002, they attended FINSIA and obtained a Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment (Honours).
