Luis Raza Segura has extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as Assistant Kitchen Manager at BrickTop's Restaurant since July 2016. Prior to this role, Luis held multiple positions at 131 Main Restaurant from August 2006 to September 2015, including Kitchen Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager, and Line Cook. Earlier experience includes serving as Shift Lead at both Fox and Hounds from April 2004 to September 2009 and PB's Restaurant from April 2002 to August 2006.
