Mikel Bowyer

Mikel Bowyer has extensive work experience in various roles within the food and hospitality industry. Mikel most recently served as the General Manager at Bricktown Brewery since May 2022, where they oversee the overall operations of the establishment. Prior to that, they worked as the Restaurant Manager at Bricktown Brewery since October 2021.

Before joining Bricktown Brewery, Bowyer was a Manager at Bonefish Grill from March 2019 to October 2021, responsible for managing the restaurant's daily operations.
