Jobe Danganan serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of LexText AI, a company revolutionizing legal drafting with an AI-driven platform. Currently, Jobe also holds advisory roles at Centari and Brico, focusing on AI applications in legal dealmaking and fintech licensing, respectively. As a founding member of TechGC, Jobe supports General Counsels in sharing best practices. Previous positions include General Counsel at Near Inc (later Pagoda) and HomeLight, and Board Member at Eave. Jobe's extensive legal career encompasses transformative roles at Sindeo and Contract Wrangler, contributing to significant acquisitions and the establishment of robust legal frameworks. An alumnus of Harvard University and the University of California, Berkeley, Jobe also possesses a Master's in Public and International Affairs from Princeton and completed executive education at Stanford.
