Scott Nicholson

Scott Nicholson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the cybersecurity sector. As the Executive Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Bridewell since February 2016, Scott has been pivotal in shaping the company’s strategy as a leader in cybersecurity services for Critical National Infrastructure and organizations seeking the highest security standards. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor for Bleach Cyber, Scott focuses on providing affordable cybersecurity solutions for small and medium businesses. Additional roles include membership on the Technical Advisory Panel for the UK Cyber Security Council and as a business mentor for The Prince's Trust, helping young entrepreneurs navigate business challenges. With a background as CEO of Cyber and Compliance and previous leadership positions at organizations such as IBM and Gwent Police, Scott possesses a robust foundation in cybersecurity and compliance. Educational credentials include a Distinction in an MBA from the University of Wales and completion of the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School.
