Marsha Girault, MSW/LICSW, has a diverse work experience in various roles and settings. Marsha started their career in 2008 as a Clinician at Southend Community Health Center, where they provided clinical services. In 2009, they joined the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children as an Intensive Care Coordinator until 2012. Their role involved coordinating care for children in need of intensive services. Since 2018, Marsha has been serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Bridge Boston Charter School, overseeing the behavioral health program at the school.
Marsha Girault obtained their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Simmons College School of Social Work, graduating in 2009. Marsha also holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Simmons University. In May 2012, they obtained their LICSW certification from the Association of Social Work Board.
