Pat Rodgers

Pat Rodgers is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the IT and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Finance Director at Damia Group since January 2007, Pat has contributed to the company's transformation into an Employee Ownership Trust in July 2020, fostering employee engagement and motivation. As Co-Founder and CFO of BRIDGE IN since January 2020, Pat aids organizations in establishing tech hubs and attracting talent in Portugal. Additionally, Pat holds the position of Finance Director at WE ARE META, focusing on enhancing tech operations for distributed teams. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Leader at EDS UK Consulting Services, Financial Controller at Logica, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Bell Cablemedia, and Management Accountant at Nortel.
