Jenny Whitener

Jenny Whitener is the CEO and Owner of Bridge Innovate, specializing in strategic leadership, business innovation, and agile change. Prior to their current role, Jenny served as the Americas Chief Learning Officer at Ernst & Young Consulting and held the position of Global Director of Knowledge, Learning and Methods Innovation at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. With extensive experience in leadership development and organizational improvement, Jenny previously worked as the Director of the Prudential Healthcare Leadership Institute. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations & Marketing from The University of Georgia and completed Executive Education in Global Leadership and Organizational Leadership at Harvard University.
