Martha Agarwal

Martha Agarwal is currently the Vice President of Bridge Debt Strategies at Bridge Investment Group. Prior to this, they worked as an independent contractor for commercial real estate lending from September 2010 to January 2018. Her clients have included Morgan Stanley and Bridge Investment Group. Martha Agarwal has also worked as a commercial real estate lender at Morgan Stanley from September 2003 to September 2008, where they were a senior loan underwriter and associate loan originator for CMBS. From June 2001 to September 2003, they worked as a senior consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. Martha began their career in January 1998 as a commercial real estate lender at Bank of America and held this position until May 2001.

Martha Agarwal has a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate from the Department of Finance at Texas A&M University - Mays Business School. Martha also has a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School.
