Jordyn Hermani is a seasoned journalist specializing in Michigan policy and politics, currently serving as a Capitol Reporter for The Center For Michigan, Bridge Michigan, and BridgeDetroit since February 2024. Previously, Jordyn worked with MLive Media Group as a News Reporter, focusing on political culture issues such as education policy, LGBTQ rights, gun reform, and election reforms in Michigan. Prior experience includes serving as a House Reporter for Gongwer News Service, where coverage centered around the Michigan House of Representatives and the Department of Corrections.
