Katy Locker

Katy Locker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at The Center For Michigan and Bridge Michigan since April 2021, Katy previously held various significant positions including Executive-in-Residence at EarlyWorks, Director of Detroit at the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, and Vice President of Programs at the Hudson-Webber Foundation. Prior roles also include consultancy at Detroit Renaissance and directorships at the Coalition for a Detroit Land Bank and Community Legal Resources. Katy began professional career as a Research Analyst at the Judicial Council of California. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Science with a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University.
