Jasmine James is an accomplished mathematics educator and researcher with extensive experience in mentoring and community outreach. Currently serving as a BEAM Discovery NYC Counselor and Teaching Assistant at Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics since June 2021, Jasmine aims to provide historically marginalized and low-income students access to advanced mathematical resources. As an undergraduate researcher at Central Washington University, Jasmine focuses on quiver representations, while also managing student housing and supporting academic achievement programs. Jasmine's leadership as Co-Founder and Program Coordinator of Dev/Mission's Yakima Chapter highlights dedication to teaching tech skills to underserved youth.
