Andrea Zider

Andrea (Hafeman) Zider, PhD, currently serves as the VP of Medical Brand for Medical Affairs at BridgeBio, specifically within Eidos Therapeutics since November 2023. Prior roles include Senior Director of Medical Affairs at Osso VR, where Zider focused on clinical research for VR surgical training, and Director of Medical Affairs at Rigel Pharmaceuticals and Portola Pharmaceuticals, overseeing thrombosis and anticoagulation projects. Zider has also held significant positions at Shire, Baxter Healthcare, and Merz Aesthetics, contributing to the development and launch of various hematology and gene therapy products, while managing medical communications and strategic plans. Educational qualifications include a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and a PhD in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
