John Sanders

John Sanders has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. John started their career as a Principal at Premier Production Agency in 1991 before moving on to work in various positions at MBNA from 1993 to 1998. John then joined AIG as a Management professional from 1998 to 2000.

In 2000, John co-founded Bridgeforce, a management consulting firm specializing in lending and payment environments. John served as the COO and played a significant role in offering optimal solutions and minimizing execution risks for lending institutions until 2010.

From 2010 to 2014, John worked as the Managing Partner and EVP Operations at WhiteOptics LLC, where they successfully developed and commercialized optical products for the lighting industry. During this time, WhiteOptics became part of Acuity Brands Lighting.

In 2014, John returned to Bridgeforce, this time as the Managing Partner and CEO. John held this position until 2017 when they became a Partner and Co-Managing Director of the U.S. Practice. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Partner and Managing Director of Capital Markets & Non Bank Lending.

Additionally, in 2016, John became a Partner at Bridgeforce Data Quality Solutions, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

John Sanders attended Towson University from 1988 to 1991, where they pursued a double major in Business Management and Economics. John obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree upon completion of their studies.
