Gilberto Julián De la Orta Hernández has been in the software development industry since 2009. Gilberto Julián started their career at AsTecI S.A. de C.V. as a Software Developer, where they worked on developing custom modules for the Intranet AsTecI system. In 2010, they worked at Sony as a Software Developer for the Sony M\u00e9xico - Football World Cup 2010 website. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Naranya Studios as a Lead Developer, Mobile Application Developer and Lead Developer (Mobile). Gilberto Julián was responsible for analysis and development of new company products, solutions for mobile developers, server, network and hosting environment, data modeling, business logic, API/Action Layer/MVC layer and understanding of what the customer and the business needs. In 2015, they joined Bridgefy as the Chief Technology Officer and Android Developer. Gilberto Julián was responsible for development and design of Bridgefy, a mobile technology for offline messaging that includes Wi-fi, Bluetooth and Bluetooth LE, with an efficient connectivity algorithm, used for a cooperative distribution of data between mobile devices without Internet access. Gilberto Julián also provided Google App Engine support for Bridgefy backend and developed Android for Bridgefy's mesh networking algorithm.
Gilberto Julián De la Orta Hernández has studied at the Universidad Tecnológica del Valle de Toluca, where they earned a Tecnico Superior Universitario in Informatica.
