Nathan Goodwin

Nathan Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Nathan started their career in 2006 at Enterprise Rent a Car as an Assistant Manager/Branch Corporate Account Manager, where they developed business plans, trained employees, and maintained corporate relationships. In 2009, Nathan joined Environmental Express Services, Inc as a Project Manager/Environmental Scientist, where they were responsible for project proposals, budgets, and statistical analyses. In 2012, they transitioned to Bridgehead I.T., Inc as an Account Manager, managing client accounts until 2014. Nathan then moved to Bridgehead IT in 2015, initially working as a QA Analyst and later became the Quality Assurance/Triage Manager. Nathan is currently serving as the Director of Intake and Analytics since November 2021. Throughout their career, Nathan has demonstrated strong analytical, managerial, and client relationship skills.

Nathan Goodwin received a BS degree in Chemistry from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Nathan then pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Management and Finance at The University of Texas at San Antonio, completing their degree from 2008 to 2011. In 2013, they obtained a certification as an IBM Certified Specialist from IBM.
