Katja Thiel

Katja Thiel has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Katja started their career in 2010 as a student assistant in the international personnel recruitment field at Praktikum4u and later worked as a service assistant at Pelam International Ltd. In 2011, they interned in personnel management at Helios Media GmbH. In 2012, they worked as a student employee in personnel management at whatever mobile GmbH and also completed an internship in international trade at Agriconsult Peru in Lima, Peru. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a personnel assistant at Chubb Deutschland GmbH, UTC Fire & Security Deutschland. Katja then joined allaboutHRLaw in 2016 as a personnel consultant. Katja'smost recent position was as a recruiter at Bridgemaker GmbH, starting in 2018.

Katja Thiel has a strong educational background in management and international business. Katja obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg between 2007 and 2010. In 2009, they attended Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain for a short period, focusing on International Business. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management & Human Resources from Leuphana Universität Lüneburg in Germany.
