Roman Ptakowski

Roman Ptakowski is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading commercial operations and client services across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer - CX at Bridgenext since June 2024, Roman previously held the role of Managing Partner and Managing Director & Global Client Partner for The Coca-Cola Company at AKQA from March 2016 to April 2024. At AKQA Atlanta, Roman managed an office of over 100 professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional consumer experiences for Fortune 500 clients. Prior positions include General Manager and Director of Client Services at Huge, Group Engagement Director and Engagement Director at AKQA, as well as roles at Organic and Accenture, where Roman focused on client oversight and strategic consulting for major brands such as Delta Air Lines. Roman holds a B.A. in Public Policy, Markets and Management from Duke University, earned in 2005.
