Joe Costello serves as the Director of Strategy & Delivery at BridgePhase since March 2023. Prior experience includes holding the title of Vice President at Blue Water Thinking, where leadership spanned client delivery and solutions development, along with strategic client program management. As Vice President of the Emerging Technologies Practice at CGI, Joe Costello focused on low-code and RPA initiatives, driving technology partnerships and educating clients. Earlier roles include Vice President at TeraThink Corporation, Managing Director at Dominion Consulting, and various consulting positions at Phase One Consulting Group, Beers & Cutler, Washington Consulting, BearingPoint Consulting, and Arthur Andersen, LLP, contributing to significant IT and strategic transformations for multiple federal and commercial clients. Joe Costello earned a B.S. in Decision Information Sciences from the University of Maryland.
