Kane Gyovai

Kane Gyovai has a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on digital services, application development, and cloud infrastructure. They have worked as a Director of Engineering at BridgePhase since 2014, leading a team and providing expertise in areas such as DevSecOps, Kubernetes, data pipelines, and AI/ML. Prior to that, Kane held roles as a Lead Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at BridgePhase from 2014 to 2019. They also have previous experience as a Software Developer at AvMet Applications, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, and at Michael Baker International from 2013 to 2014. Kane's professional journey began as a Research Engineer at URS Corporation from 2010 to 2013, and they gained early experience as an Engineering Intern at the National Energy Technology Laboratory from 2009 to 2010.

Kane Gyovai began their education at West Virginia University in 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Kane successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2009. Kane continued their education at the same institution, earning a Master's degree in Engineering from West Virginia University in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Kane has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In July 2014, they became an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer. Following this, in October 2016, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services. In August 2018, Kane achieved the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification, and in September 2018, they earned the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate certification, both from Amazon Web Services. More recently, in April 2023, Kane completed the Machine Learning Specialization program offered by Coursera.
