Kathy L Gause

Kathy L Gause has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Kathy L started their most recent position in 2020 at Bridgepoint Consulting as a Consultant. Prior to that, they worked at SolomonEdwards from 2018 to 2022 as a Project Consultant, where they gained valuable project management skills.

From 2016 to 2018, Kathy served as the Financial Controller at ICOTEX, an industrial joint venture start-up. During their time there, they were responsible for designing and managing all aspects of finance, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, inventory, and internal control. Kathy L also played a key role in implementing the Plex ERP system and related processes.

Before ICOTEX, Kathy held the position of Controller at Kongsberg Automotive-Driver Control Systems from 2011 to 2016. Their responsibilities included managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections, cost accounting, general ledger, monthly close, budgeting, balance sheet reconciliations, tax reporting, and internal control. Kathy L supervised a total department of 5-6 employees.

In their earlier roles, Kathy worked as a Manager/Senior Financial Analyst at IKON Office Solutions from 2004 to 2011, where they were responsible for monthly reporting, analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and lease accounting. Kathy L also served as the Controller at Falcon Headwear, Inc. from 2000 to 2004, where they created and managed the accounting department and handled various financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, cash management, payables, receivables, credit and collections, and inventory control.

Prior to Falcon Headwear, Kathy worked as an Assistant Controller at Trammell Crow Company from 1998 to 2000, overseeing accounting and analysis services for a real estate and facility management services outsourcing division. Kathy L also served as the Planning Manager at Pearle Vision from 1992 to 1993, coordinating annual plans and forecasts and providing financial support to corporate managers. Additionally, they gained experience as a Financial Reporting Supervisor, Senior and Staff Accountant at Pearle Vision from 1987 to 1988, handling internal and external reporting in compliance with both GAAP and UK accounting requirements.

Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated strong financial and managerial skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different industries and successfully handle various responsibilities.

Kathy L Gause graduated from Central College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. In April 2019, they obtained additional certifications including CGMA and Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA.
