Leslie Wagner's work experience began in 2003 at Intel, where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, they modeled the financial performance of joint venture options and assessed the impact of operational changes on the P&L and NPV.

From 2011 to 2016, Leslie worked at LifeSize, a division of Logitech. They held various roles, including Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A Manager, and Director of Financial Planning Analysis. In these roles, they managed budgets, improved forecasting and reporting activities, and employed Tableau to automate key performance indicators.
Since 2016, Leslie has been working as a Consultant at Bridgepoint Consulting, LLC. They have created financial and operational exhibits to support the sale of a venture capital funded company and automated daily KPI reporting using Tableau.
Throughout their career, Leslie has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, process improvement, and strategic planning.
Leslie Wagner pursued their Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and English at The University of Alabama, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. From 2001 to 2003, they enrolled at the Texas McCombs School of Business and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance, General.
