Paul Rinn

Paul Rinn has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent role being a Consultant at Bridgepoint Consulting since December 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff at the City of Austin from May 2016 to November 2019, where they were responsible for budgeting, strategic planning, performance management, and overseeing various capital projects. Paul also served in various other roles at the City of Austin, including Austin City Hall Information Systems & Business Enterprise Manager, Enterprise Systems Supervisor - Communications & Technology Management, and Enterprise Systems Supervisor - Aviation. Before working at the City of Austin, Paul was a Systems Administrator and Network Administrator at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Additionally, they have pro bono consulting experience at Association ANAI and served as a Project Manager/Pro Bono Consultant at Mecar USA.

Paul Rinn has an extensive education history. Paul obtained a Master's degree in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a series of certifications, including an ITIL Foundation certification from the Cabinet Office in February 2013 and a PMP certification from PMI in September 2008.

In terms of their prior academic qualifications, Paul earned a Master of Business Administration - Certificate in Finance from St. Edward's University in 2009. In 2005, they also obtained another Master of Business Administration - Certificate, this time in Global Business, from the same university. Earlier, from 2003 to 2005, Paul completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Management at St. Edward's University. Paul'sundergraduate studies were conducted at Texas State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance between 1996 and 1999.
