Tanner Hayes

Tanner Hayes has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience working for various companies. Tanner started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Champs Sports, where they demonstrated exceptional management skills and received recognition for their performance. After completing their management training, Tanner was offered the top position at one of the highest volume stores in the DFW area.

Tanner then transitioned into the finance industry, working as an Economist for ConocoPhillips before moving on to Parsley Energy, where they served as a Budget and Planning Coordinator and later as a Financial Analyst. Tanner gained valuable experience in financial analysis and budgeting during their time at Parsley Energy.

Following their role at Parsley Energy, Tanner joined RSP Permian, Inc. as a Senior Accounting Analyst before joining SparkCognition as a Financial Analyst. Tanner then worked as a Financial Analyst at PB Materials Holdings, Inc., where they continued to strengthen their financial analysis skills.

Tanner's most recent experience is with Bridgepoint Consulting, where they started as a Financial Operations Consultant before being promoted to the role of Finance Operations Manager. Tanner is currently employed with Bridgepoint Consulting, using their diverse finance and operations expertise to contribute to the company's success.

Tanner Hayes attended The University of Texas Permian Basin from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management and Economics.
