Subhash Marineni

Subhash Marineni has extensive work experience in investment banking. From 2018 to the present, they have been working as a Director at Bridgepoint Investment Banking, a boutique investment bank focused on capital raising and M&A advisory. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2018, they worked at Mid-Market Securities, LLC, where they held the role of Vice President in Investment Banking.

Subhash also has experience in managing student-run university investments as a Portfolio Manager at the Student Managed Investment Portfolio at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2011. In this role, they efficiently managed investments and implemented strategies to earn returns.

Additionally, in 2010, Subhash worked as a Summer Associate in Investment Banking at Mid-Market Securities, LLC, where they performed economic research and analysis, prepared marketing materials, and assisted in identifying potential investors for various projects.

Subhash Marineni began their career in 2008 as an intern at IL&FS Investsmart Securities Ltd. (A HSBC Group Company).

Subhash Marineni completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they obtained two certifications - the Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination from the North American Securities Administrators Association in November 2012, and the Series 79 Investment Banking Registered Representative from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in October 2012.
