Brad Baldwin has extensive experience in building and facility maintenance management, currently serving as the Building Maintenance Manager at Westport Country Playhouse since May 2021. Prior to this role, Baldwin worked at Bridgeport Public Library, where activities spanned from May 1995 to the present, ultimately being appointed Library Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing the facilities and property management of the largest library system in Connecticut. Baldwin has led a team of custodians, managed vendor relationships, and coordinated RFPs and bidding processes. Additional experience includes managing a $500,000 budget as the Director of Maintenance for a 110,000 square foot facility that featured a daycare center, pools, and fitness center, as well as serving as Chief Engineer at Graduate Hotels from September 2019 to May 2021.
