Micheal Obiora

Micheal Obiora is currently serving as an Information Technology Service Desk Supervisor at Teleperformance since July 2022, where responsibilities include providing technical support to end-users and managing the onboarding and offboarding process for employees. Prior to this role, Micheal worked as a Technical Lead Engineer at Tek Experts from January 2019 to June 2022, overseeing a team of support engineers and specializing in cloud billing and subscription management. Earlier experience includes serving as an L2 Technical Customer Support, handling over 1900 support tickets, and implementing IT standards as a Teaching Assistant and IT Support Professional during the National Youth Service Corps at the Federal College of Education, Okene.
