Fraser Murdoch

Fraser Murdoch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Fraser is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Bridges to Independence since 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as the Executive Director at Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department (AVFRD).

Fraser's extensive experience also includes their role as a Senior Pastor at Cross Current from 2014 to 2022. In this position, they successfully implemented strategic plans and increased membership by 40%. Fraser also demonstrated strong leadership skills by supervising a team of 12 direct reports and 50 volunteers. Fraser Murdoch attended the University of Aberdeen from 2011 to 2014, where they completed an MTh Urban Ministry with Leadership and Change Management degree. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from The Open University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. In 1999, they also briefly studied Biology/Biological Sciences at the University of the West of Scotland, earning an HNC qualification.
