Shirah Nasasira

Shirah Nasasira is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Rwanda & Uganda Talent Manager at Bridges to Prosperity since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shirah worked as the Regional People Coordinator at WaterAid East Africa from April 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included aligning strategic vision across multiple countries. Shirah also held the position of Senior Administrative Officer at WaterAid Rwanda from May 2019 to March 2021, managing internal communications and office operations. Earlier experience includes a Human Resource Officer role at The Remote Group and a Senior Officer in Corporate Administration at bemuga group, focusing on recruitment, staff development, and administrative support. Shirah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Makerere University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Kigali.
