Steve Hoeft

Steve Hoeft is an experienced executive with a strong background in operational leadership and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as President of Bridgestone Americas since 2017, Steve oversees the Commercial Truck Group, including Truck & Bus Radial and Bandag retread businesses, with a focus on fleet, OEM, and dealer channels in the US and Canada. Previously held roles include Chief Operating Officer for both Dealer Operations and GCR Tires & Service, where responsibilities encompassed commercial store networks and retread manufacturing. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President and General Manager of US Operations at Brink's, where Steve implemented a turnaround strategy, and various leadership positions at Advance Auto Parts and Corporate Express. Steve holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Cleary University.
