Michelle Gaston

Michelle Gaston currently serves as the Recruiting Team Lead at Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC since March 2023. In addition, Michelle holds the position of Recruitment Consultant at WilsonHCG, Cintas, and Carrier HVAC, all starting in January 2022. Prior to these roles, Michelle gained extensive experience in the retail industry, having worked as Counter Manager for Dillard's Inc. from April 2013 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for the Clarins line and creating a positive selling environment. Michelle also served as Boutique Manager at bareMinerals from March 2008 to July 2012, managing store operations and sales performance, and as General Manager at Ulta Beauty from September 2006 to March 2008, where accountability included operational management and staff recruitment. Earlier experience includes the role of Area Sales Manager at Belk from September 2004 to July 2005, managing multiple cosmetic and fragrance counters.
