Randy Righter

Randy Righter has over three decades of extensive experience in the retail and automotive service industry. Currently serving as the Area Business Manager for Bridgestone Retail Operations since January 2015, Randy oversees 11 Tires Plus retail stores in Jacksonville and Palm Coast, Florida, with responsibilities in HR, hiring, training, coaching, day-to-day operations, and P&L management. Prior roles include North Florida Area Manager for Morgan Tire and Auto, Business Owner at Stanley Tire & Automotive, District Manager at Bridgestone Retail Store Operations, and Store Manager at Firestone Tire & Rubber Co. Randy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Millikin University.
