Nicole Cramton has extensive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and operations, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Bridgewater Associates since October 2018. In addition to this role, Nicole holds the position of VP of Operations for the Hispanic/LatinX Affinity Network and has served as the Technology Sourcing & DEI Lead.
