Skye L.

Skye L. is an accomplished product manager with extensive experience in various sectors, including banking and aviation. At Bridgewater Bank since December 2021, Skye plays a pivotal role in product management. Previously, as Interim Director of Business Operations at Calgary Reads, Skye contributed to the establishment of a sustainable social enterprise within the non-profit focused on early literacy. Skye also served as a product manager at Swoop, where responsibilities included developing ancillary revenue streams and an AI chatbot. As a retail owner/operator from 2013 to 2018, Skye increased revenue by 41% in the first year and successfully sold the business after five years of recognized growth. Earlier in the career at WestJet, Skye held product management roles that involved strategic analysis and program leadership, significantly enhancing the company's product offerings. Skye holds a degree in Applied Product Management: Digital Transformation from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
