Olsi Alika

Olsi Alika is an experienced professional in product management and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Data Products at RBC since April 2023. Olsi has held the position of Founder and Product Lead at Bevy Commerce (formerly Aiva Labs) since April 2016. Prior experience includes a tenure at Bell from August 2015 to April 2023, where Olsi progressed through various roles including Senior Manager in Product and Partner Strategy and Product Manager for Bell Total Connect. Additional roles include Marketing & Strategy at DreamQii Inc. in early 2015, and Product Manager at LiveGauge from December 2013 to October 2014. Olsi's leadership skills were demonstrated during involvement with the Undergraduate Business Society as Internal Director and Second Year Representative between May 2012 and April 2014. Olsi began a career in consulting as a Management Consulting Summer Analyst at The Black Box Institute in 2012. Olsi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Strategy from the Schulich School of Business at York University, completed in 2015.
