Meghan Rion Hoffmann M.ed.

Meghan Rion Hoffmann M.Ed., BCBA is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in developing and implementing behavior change programming, utilizing research-driven approaches and techniques in various educational settings. Currently employed at the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District since September 2021, Meghan collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, manages data collection, and presents findings to stakeholders. Prior to this role, Meghan served as Clinical Program Coordinator at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center, where leadership of a multidisciplinary clinical staff and design of group processes were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes positions at Readington Middle School, Support for Families of Children with Disabilities, and San Francisco Unified School District, highlighting a commitment to inclusive practices and evidence-based behavior support.
