Kristen Romanelli serves as the Web Content Manager at Bridgewater State University since February 2020, where responsibilities include developing the web content strategy, managing content accuracy, and overseeing projects such as the creation of SEO-optimized academic program pages. Previously, Kristen held various roles, including Managing Editor at FSM Online and Associate Director of Digital Media at Northeastern University, achieving significant improvements in email outreach and web content management. With a foundation in multimedia specialization from Liberty Mutual and extensive experience in web production across different organizations, Kristen possesses a strong background in digital media and communications. Kristen holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Bridgewater State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Fairfield University.
