Laurent Troland

Laurent Troland has a diverse work experience in the field of career services and professional development. They started their career at Bridgewater State University in 2007 as a Career Counselor and later held positions such as Recruitment Coordinator and Acting Internship Adviser. They were promoted to Assistant Director and Associate Director, focusing on employer services and operations and data management. In these roles, Laurent supervised staff, managed employer services functions, and developed new internship sites.

In addition to their work at Bridgewater State University, Laurent also had involvement with the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE). They served as a Director of Professional Development, overseeing committee chairs and providing professional development opportunities for members. Laurent also held roles in the Leadership & Recognition Committee, Grants and Scholarships Committee, and various conference programming committees.
