Jessica Almeida has extensive experience in the field of human services and disability support. Jessica started their career as a Teaching Assistant at the Perkins School for the Blind in 2010 and then served as an Assistant Coordinator of Residential Living from 2011 to 2013. Jessica subsequently became the Coordinator of Residential Living at the school from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, Jessica joined BAMSI as a Program Manager, where they worked until 2016. Jessica then moved to Vinfen, starting as a Program Director from 2016 to 2019, and later becoming a Senior Program Director from 2019 to 2023.

Currently, Jessica holds the position of Vice President of Day Habilitation and Community Engagement at Bridgewell, starting in January 2023.

Jessica Almeida completed their education at Springfield College from 2021 to 2022, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. Prior to that, they attended Lesley University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education (BEd) specializing in English/Language Arts Teacher Education. Additionally, in 2012 to 2013, Jessica obtained a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from UMass Boston.
