Molli Marshall has had a diverse range of work experience. Molli started their career in 2009 as a Retail Clerk at Century House Epicurean Shoppe. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Camp Counselor at Middleton Park and Recreation and as a Front Desk Assistant and Resident Assistant at Saint Anselm College. In 2015, they gained exposure in the nonprofit and public relations sectors through an internship at The Rendon Group. The same year, they also worked as a Sales Associate at HomeGoods Stores. In 2016, they worked as an ESL Intern at Maintaining Independence, where they developed an ESL curriculum for refugees. Molli also worked as a Substitute Teacher at the Town of Middleton, MA, before transitioning to Bridgewell in 2016. At Bridgewell, they started as a Developmental Specialist before progressing to roles such as Program Director, Program Manager, and currently, Director of Day Habilitation Operations.
Molli Marshall completed their high school education from Masconomet Regional High School between the years 2008 and 2012. Molli then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Peace and Justice Studies, with a minor in Accounting and Social Work, from Saint Anselm College from 2012 to 2016.
