Lawrence McKinney serves as the Commercialization and Technical Projects Manager at Campbell's Pepperidge Farm since August 2022, acting as a liaison between corporate Research and Development teams and the Willard manufacturing facility, while leading teams in conducting industrial trials and testing new materials and equipment. Concurrently, since November 2017, Lawrence has been the Research and Development Manager at BRIDOR, focusing on commercializing both blue sky and customer-driven concepts across multiple production lines in New Jersey and Canada. Previous experience includes roles as Manager of Culinary Research and Innovation at ARYZTA, Lead Baker at Nashville Bun Company, and Chef/Bakery Manager at Kroger, among others. Lawrence holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts Management from the National Center for Hospitality Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration from American Public University, complemented by training from Sullivan University and the American Institute of Baking.
