Nicolas Barthelemy

Nicolas Barthelemy has extensive experience in emergency services and crisis management, currently serving as Chef bureau operations instruction au groupement des appuis within the Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris since August 2006. Previous roles at BSPP include Officier and Adjoint et chef section preparation operationnelle, as well as Commandant de compagnie incendie at 14e Cie BSPP from August 2011 to July 2014. Nicolas also worked as a Cooperant sécurité civile at the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères from August 2018 to July 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in crisis management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Licence in business management from IGR-IAE Rennes, complemented by an initial degree in administrative and small business management from IUT2 Grenoble.
