Florencio began their career at Palomo's Construction Inc. in 1997, starting as a laborer and gradually working their way up to foreman. In 2012, Florencio joined Walmart as a Department Manager, where they oversaw the toy department and was later promoted to Backroom Lead. In this position, they were responsible for preventing shrinkage, managing inventory, scheduling employees, and providing customer service. Florencio successfully increased sales by 100% and managed inventory for the entire store.
