Sergio Michelsen Jaramillo

Sergio Michelsen Jaramillo is a partner at Brigard Urrutia. Sergio previously worked as head of the legal department at Royal Dutch Shell from November 1988 to November 1991. From 1984 to 1987, they worked as an attorney at Cavelier Abogados, where they were responsible for all legal and regulatory matters of the Bogotá Stock Exchange. From 1987 to 1988, they served as secretary general of the Bolsa de Valores de Bogotá. Prior to that, they worked as a lawyer at Superintendencia de Control de Cambios from January 1982 to May 1984.

Sergio Michelsen Jaramillo has a Master's degree in Commercial Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and is an Abogado from Universidad de Los Andes. Sergio also attended Colegio San Carlos.
